Product designer

We're hiring a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process at Burnr. From user research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interaction design, you'll craft every touchpoint of the product. You'll work directly with engineering and product leadership to deliver an experience that creative teams love.

• Lead the design process from discovery through delivery for key product areas • Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions • Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs in Figma • Build and maintain a scalable design system with reusable components and tokens • Collaborate daily with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation • Present design work and rationale to the wider team and stakeholders

• 3+ years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B tools • Expert-level Figma skills including components, auto layout, and variables • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work • Experience with design systems and systematic thinking • Understanding of front-end capabilities and constraints (HTML, CSS, React basics) • Empathy for users and a bias toward simplicity • Bonus: experience designing for time tracking, project management, or financial tools
