Growth marketing manager

About the role
We're hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to lead Burnr's go-to-market efforts. You'll own the full marketing funnel — from awareness and acquisition to activation and retention. This is a hands-on role where you'll experiment, measure, and iterate to grow our user base of creative teams and agencies.
What you'll do
• Develop and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, and product-led channels
• Run experiments across the funnel (landing pages, email sequences, onboarding flows)
• Manage paid acquisition campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and relevant industry platforms
• Create and optimize content marketing initiatives (blog, case studies, social media)
• Analyze funnel metrics and cohort data to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with product and engineering on product-led growth features
What we're looking for
• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS
• Track record of driving measurable growth in user acquisition and activation
• Proficiency with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar)
• Experience with marketing automation and email platforms
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to speak to creative professionals
• Data-driven mindset with comfort running and analyzing A/B tests
• Bonus: experience marketing to agencies, studios, or creative teams
